Shipping & Returns
Within Australia, your order will be dispatched via Australia Post.
Orders are eligible for tracked or express tracked shipping. All options will automatically be available at checkout.
Please allow 4-5 business days for your product to be handmade before shipment. You will be notified with a tracking number once your item leaves Grace Kelly's.
Lost items are non refundable as once the package leaves our head office it is not our responsibility for incorrect addresses or lost parcels.

International shipping is available to most countries at a flat rate. Duties and taxes may apply when your order arrives depending on the tax laws in your country. If International shipping options aren't available at checkout for your country please get in contact with me to arrange postage.
You will be notified with a tracking number once your item leaves Grace Kelly's.
We want you to love your Grace Kelly items, but if you are unhappy with your purchase we offer credit notes or exchanges on items within 14 days from date of shipment. To arrange a return simply get in contact with us at GK quoting your order number and reason for return. Or message us directly via Instagram or Facebook.
We recommend using a tracked postage service to post items back to us, as Grace Kelly's wont except responsibility for any items lost in transit. Once your item has been received we will process your return or send your exchange.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns aren't accepted on custom pieces & sale items.
